About Me,

Hi, my name is Jennifer and I am the founder and owner of OC Learning Solutions. First and foremost, I am a mom to two beautiful girls (almost an empty nester), a wife to my loving, dedicated and supportive husband, and a dog mom to my two rascally dogs, Miller (Maltese) and Emma (Mini Australian Shepard).I left my corporate career many years ago when my own daughter encountered learning challenges. I became a Certified Dyslexia Tutor to help students not only learn how to read and spell, but to help them gain a sense of accomplishment and success. In this day and age, we can never have enough educational support for our children.I hold a B.S. in Business Management, a certification in Human Resource Management, and of course my certification as a Certified Barton Reading and Spelling Tutor. As a tutor for your child, I am dedicated to their academic improvement and success. I recognize and accept that each child has their own learning style. I will individualize my tutoring approach based on your child’s needs. I pride myself in being very patient and maintaining an upbeat atmosphere of encouragement. I believe this approach builds a strong (can-do) attitude that leads to your child’s academic success.  I look forward to working with your child and successfully strengthening their academic skills. At OC Learning Solutions we build confidence by addressing each student’s needs, empowering them to succeed with the skills they aren’t learning with traditional methods. We provide tutoring support to children, teens & adults with Dyslexia, Dyscalculia and similar language-based learning differences.
